1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Returns will only be accepted if there is a genuine issue such as a manufacturing defect, incorrect item received, or damage during shipping.
• Sale, discounted, or promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they have a manufacturing defect.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

• Customized orders (including made-to-order and personalized dresses) cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded in any shape or form.
• Accessories and undergarments are also non-returnable due to hygiene concerns.

3. Return & Exchange Process

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@malikwears.com with your order details and reason for return.
• Once your request is approved, you will be provided with return instructions.
• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• After receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it. If approved, an exchange or store credit will be issued within 5-7 business days.
